Bespoke Signal Model

We built a bespoke signal model to track the future, containing more than 80 carefully selected indicators across PESTLE categories. These signals revealed where the strongest shifts were emerging across consumer expectations, technology, sustainability, mobility behaviors, regulation, and supply chain dynamics. The model became the central intelligence system supporting the brand’s strategic evolution.

Industry benchmarking

We benchmarked across industries to broaden perspective and ensure the business was not restricted by automotive convention, we benchmarked breakthroughs in adjacent sectors. This helped teams understand how luxury, mobility, and customer experience were being redefined across the global marketplace.

Guided decision timing

We identified signposts that guide decision timing and highlighted the critical signals that would determine when transformation steps should be taken. This gave leaders clarity on sequencing, dependencies, and priority actions, removing guesswork from strategic planning.

Shared framework

We defined and validated new business model propositions using the insight from the signal model. We shaped five new business model concepts designed to help the brand win in the future luxury mobility landscape. These included creator-driven platforms, partnership ecosystems, community-led reward models, and new value chain plays. Each proposition was evidenced, pressure-tested, and prepared for go-to-market testing.
