Leading a 50-strong team across London and New York, she specialises in decoding consumer behaviour and emerging trends to help leaders future-proof their businesses and unlock new opportunities. A sought-after speaker, she delivers keynotes at TEDx and the Dubai Future Forum, lectures at Dublin University, and serves on Advertising Week’s Advisory Board.

Christophe Jouan

Director and Co-Owner

After stepping down as CEO, he now applies his 30 years of experience in strategy, foresight and data to some of the organisation’s most important internal projects, including AI and technology transformation, while working closely with the CEO as a senior adviser.

Overseeing revenue, retention, and core client relationships for Collision. He brings over a decade of experience shaping commercial strategy for startups, scale-ups, and FMCG giants, working with legacy household brands at Mars and Unilever. Daanish is known for building trusted partnerships and driving sustainable growth at pace.

Michael Grogan

EVP, North American Growth

Leading client partnerships, and commercial expansion across the region. He brings 15 years' experience translating consumer foresight into actionable strategy, working with global brands to embed future-focused thinking into innovation, growth planning, and decision-making. Michael is known for building trusted, long-term client relationships.

Michael Agnew

Michael Agnew

Director of UK Consultancy

Spent almost 15 years in Foresight, both in Europe and Asia, following earlier experience as a data analyst at Kantar. He combines fluency across data sources with creative thinking, horizon scanning and opportunity identification, working with CPG, entertainment & media, alcohol and retail clients to build robust foresight frameworks, systems and programs.

Kerry Straeter

Global Commercial Director

Working at Foresight Factory for over 15 years, Kerry works with key new and existing clients to understand their business needs and apply our Foresight Ecosystem to deliver business growth and foresight readiness. Based on her previous work in political polling, Kerry has a special interest in leveraging data and forecasting for commercial strategy. Indicative of her global reach, Kerry is American but based in our London HQ.

Alongside leveraging data for our Collision content experience she works on in-depth bespoke projects, providing insightful scrutiny of our datasets using advanced analysis. Georgina and her team work across all areas of the company to drive data-led innovation and enhance the value we deliver.

Finance and Operations Director

With over 20 years’ experience, a CIMA-qualified Fellow with an MBA, bringing experience from large multinationals through to SMEs. She provides strategic financial insight and operational leadership, enabling informed decision-making, effective planning, and sustainable growth.

Dominic Harrison

Dominic Harrison

Foresight and Partnerships Director

Supporting clients across a range of activities, including custom signal models, presentations and deep-dive futures projects that decode complex change into clear strategic direction. He draws on 15 years’ experience heading the content unit that powers the Collision platform. Dominic also leads strategic collaborations, expanding the company’s presence across the wider strategic Foresight Ecosystem.

Lindsay Kunkle

Director of US Consultancy

Lindsay brings over 15 years at the forefront of consumer insight and trend analysis, leading Foresight Factory’s US business and Advisory practice, partnering with leading brands to anticipate the future consumer and translate foresight into actionable growth strategies. Lindsay’s expertise lies in generational research, beverage alcohol and retail.
